Heat-Map is out - Smear-Map is in.

Mobile touch devices allow for what usability professionals so far didn't even dare to dream of. "Smear-Maps" allow to exactly monitor user clicks across multiple user sessions and without any need of cookies.
Moreoverfor the first time it is now possible to measure the click strength allowing to deduce information on the customer's mood while the click was carried out.
What sounds like a nightmare to privacy groups is great news to all brave warriors working on the transparent consumer.

However although the precious data is widely available in the market it is currently not used at all since alledgedly one of the big players already holds according intellectual property rights.
